Our guide was outstanding! Full of information and very friendly. Answered all our Questions. Even researched where we could find live music at night.

There was false advertising for this tour. We did not get to see the Supreme Court or the senate as advertised in the ad promoting this trip. I was very unhappy when I realized that half of the things that I assumed I paid for to see were in actuality was a blatant lie. That is false advertising. I will make sure that I never use your company again for future business because I donā€™t do business with liars. You guys need to update your advertisement and remove all the things that are not included for this trip. However, Paul was a fantastic tour guide.

We apologize for any confusion however we do specify in multiple locations that our tour does not enter the Supreme Court at this time, as no members of the public are allowed to enter the Supreme Court building at this time. Nothing in any of our listings or advertisements mention the Senate at all, so we are unsure where you got the impression that is included. To be clear, we cannot guarantee entry to the Senate as 1) the Senate chambers are not always open, and were closed completely until the day of your tour and 2) Senate Passes must be acquired through a senators office. If you could, please provide a screenshot of where you saw "access to senate" advertised to [email protected] so we can see where that is listed and contact whomever is listing such and correct it. Also, I talked to your guide, and was informed he actually got you passes for the Senate on your tour. Is that not correct?

With tours like these the guide can make or break the whole experience. Paul, our guide, was such a kind, well spoken, well informed professional that it made the tour even better than I imagined. We were running late due to DC traffic and he went back outside to personally escort us through security. He answered any questions we had with knowledge and wit. He even went above and beyond to help us get senate viewing passes! Frankly, if Paul is guiding, I want to attend. I'll be doing this again and recommending it to my friends when we next visit DC
