Tour runs approximately 3 hours
Please plan to arrive15-20 minutes before tour start time. Tour begins exactly at stated time, entry to buildings are on timed reservations, and group must enter security together, therefore we are unable to accommodate for late arrivals.

We showed up at the meeting point and there was no tour guide or group there. I requested a refund and was denied. Will not use Viator again.

As you stated in your message to us, you arrived 9 minutes late, so yes there was no one there as our tours start on time, as stated in our booking information. Our groups must enter the secure buildings together, and we have timed reservations in each building, so beginning at our stated time is imperative, that is why we note for guests to arrive early for their tour. 13 other guests managed to make the tour, so clearly the guide was there. Our guide and office both made attempts to contact you, and gave guidance for you to join the tour and miss nothing even though you were late, with a reminder that late or no shows are not eligible for refunds, you instead ignored us and requested a refund anyways. Per our policy, no refund was issued.
