Wow, what an entertains and delightful ghost tour! Learned lots of Capital Hill history and gruesome stories! Sage was delightful, interesting and very funny! Highly recommend!

Loved our tour of beautiful historic neighborhood with the details of ghostly hauntings. Bill was a great guide, very attentive to our interests and very knowledgeable about the history, the architecture, and the spirits that still linger in the capital hill area. Beautiful day and a good time was had by old and young.

We recently took a ghost tour of Cap Hill with Ashley and had an amazing experience! We have lived here a while, but after taking this tour will never look at our neighborhood the same again! So much interesting/disturbing history, and the tour was a great way to get in the mood for spooky season. We even got to see the inside of one of the historic mansions. I would recommend the tour to anyone who wants to learn more about the history of the neighborhood and doesn't mind (or actively seeks) a touch of the morbid.
