I treated my 19-year-old daughter and four of her friends to the ghost tour. Luckily, it was a gorgeous day and our tour guide, Jessica, was outstanding. We learned so many fun facts and loved the creepy feeling we had when we heard about some of the history associated with the homes. My daughter's friends kept talking about the tour well after it was over.

Bill was great! He was humorous, knowledgeable, friendly and all around a cool tour guide. I recommend this tour for folks who live in Denver but do not know some of the history. And the old houses were wonderful!!

My folks were visiting from Montana and this was one of the highlights of their trip. Sheila was wonderful and very engaging. Even when my father, the history buff, kept interrupting her tour to add his tidbits of historical knowledge, she was able to keep the tour rolling. Ha! Bill was a gem, spending the time with me over the phone to find the right tour to fit our needs. He even met us at the end of our time with Sheila to take us to the penthouse of the building where the tour began, so my parents could have a spectacular view of the city. They LOVED that! I’m so happy we did this! You won’t be disappointed.
