We took this tour since it fit our timeframe while in port on a cruise. It was a good tour. However, a little more attention to communication would have been appreciated. Before I booked, I called to see if the 12:30 tour would work with our port time. I was told it would be fine. The gentleman told me to check in between 12:00-12:15. We arrived at noon. Staff didn’t arrive until 12:35. Before departing I asked to make sure we would be back by 4:30. I was assured we would. Boarding took some time and we left at 1:00. No problem except leaving the dock, it was apparent one motor wasn’t working. (We are boat owners and knew from the sound something was wrong.). The crew made no mention of engine problems. It took us awhile to get to the snorkeling spot. Snorkeling was good and we had enough time at Cook’s Bay. While everyone was snorkeling the captain and crew member kept trying to get the other engine working. (Not a good sign and nothing was said to the passengers.) Back on board lunch was served and there was plenty for everyone. The captain finally made mention that one engine was down and our way back would be at a slower pace than normal. A crew member told us we should arrive at 4:15 (They knew we were on a cruise and needed to be back to the port.) I arranged an Uber for 4:30. We realized that we weren’t going to make it back by then so cancelled that Uber and booked another. We arrived back at the dock at 4:45. Captain allowed us to disembark first since we were in a time crunch. Uber was there and we made it back to the port in time. Overall we enjoyed the snorkeling tour. However, due to miscommunication on check in time and engine problem, it caused some stress which hindered our full enjoyment. I’d recommend this tour if you do not have any time constraints on departure or return.

Simon was an amazing guide and his deckhands were super helpful. They kept it light, fun, and relaxing. Super informative of the history and we stopped multiple times on the way there and back to see dolphins, manta rays, parrots, and much more. The snorkeling spot was so beautiful and capped off an awesome trip. Food, drinks, snacks provided throughout the day. Awesome experience!
