Me and my family went to Captain Zipline in early July 2013 and we had an amazing time!! Our two daughters, (10 and 12) fell in love with the guides! (As did we). James (a.k.a Taylor Swift's future husband) and Preston (a.k.a Justin Bieber) were so great with all of us! I had seen the good reviews for the Zipline and was not disappointed at all! I recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great experience and lots of laughs!! Request James and Preston! Zip on!!

If you or family members have any sort of disability, you won't be allowed to zipline at Captain Zipline. Our family made a reservation...went to the town office to sign waivers and were taken to the zipline area. At that time the owner pulled my son's father and I aside to tell us that our son would not be able to go due to him having a disability. "You never know how those people will react"...but then also said that his insurance doesn't cover anyone with a disability. How disgusting and absurd!

We were forced to intervene because this lady lied on our release form about her son's ability to participate. It always breaks our heart to take someone off the tour because it would be unsafe for them and/or our guides to take them ziplining. Safety trumps all other issues. In this case, these folks brought other family members along, "Because they really didn't think the kid would do it and they could take him home". They put our business and employees at risk, and set their child up to fail. Why would someone do this?

We had a great time zip lining with our guides Josh and Preston. For first time zip liners the rides were thrilling and the views outstanding. However, if we zip line again I will choose another company that has longer zip lines and was not so overpriced as Captain Zipline.

We are so glad that these folks had a great time. FYI, the average US price for a zip tour is $80-$90. There are over 200 zip line/canopy tours in the US and we encourage everyone to experience more of them! Our advise is to check out a national publication such as USA Today's article on "America's Great Zip Lines" to get the best experiences. We give all our customers a drink coupon for one of the best restaurants in town and have half price passes to our local world-class hot springs resort to add value to our zip trip.
