Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a ticket with instructions and a unique code listed under “Before You Go”. Then simply install the VoiceMap app and enter your code.

Don't waist your money. We could never get the tour to download. You followed the directions EXACTLY and it would never work. Tried many times with no luck. Others have complained about the same issue. We heard you can pick up a walking map in town at the local tourism office and do the walk without the official tour but we chose to just do other things.
