Viator is a horrible way to travel. Avoid at all costs. The customer service was bad. Hurricane looming and Viator was the only company that would not allow me to reschedule.

Had a great time on the Catalina Express. Boarding was easy and we enjoyed it. I would have to say that due to the extreme weather (Heat), it would have been better if they would have allowed boarding on the boat earlier as everyone was melting in line.

A pleasant atmosphere to wait in but our boat departed later than the scheduled time. Everything was clean and soothing to the eye. They should put a sign where and how passengers should line up. Roofed parking is $20 for the day. Tickets purchased on line have to be claimed from the counters inside their building with clean restrooms. A one way trip to Catalina Island’s Avalon takes an hour and 15 minutes.
