Ordered this tour online to coincide with our cruise date.. No show.. no call from the tour company. We had to call them and then they said "oh we were going to call you that the tour was canelled" Really? When was this supposed to happen as we called them after waiting at the ront door of the Casino for 1/2 hour. Terrible company... Terrible way to treat customers. We'll see if they refund our credit card.

No one showed up. No other patrons and no tour guide. Sat by myself for half an hour and after two calls to the office found out tour was cancelled. I did receive a refund.
