Requested a spanish speaking guide twice, was never given one, whats the point of having the option of offering to have the tour in spanish when booking, if theres only one guide in the whole company that is bilingual. (Not to mention that the specific guide wasnt even working at the cave for the day we booked it for. Not to mention that we paid double the price of the acutal ticket( bc we thought we would have someone give us the tour in spanish!) paid $54 per person group of 8 when the tickets for the actual cave at the park are only $19. Save your money and judt wait in line. The guide doesnt even go to the cave with you, they just walk you around the park for 45 minute’s explaining the things you can read in the signs through out the park.
