I was in Niagara Falls on May 7th and booked a tour for Cave of the Winds the night before. I showed up at the ticket booth thinking I would get my tickets there. I saw that the price was roughly 75% less than what I paid online. I purchased the tickets there instead and went on the first available tour which was earlier than the one I booked thru Viator. I would like a refund of $109.98 since I didn't use your services or use your guide for the Cave of the Winds. Thanks for your time

Note that most of this tour you can accomplish on your own; however, it was nice to have a guide for the commentary and to ask questions. Also a great "skip the line" for Cave of the Winds tickets. It was quite chilly when we visited so the line wasn't too long but I can imagine how long the wait can be in the summer months.
