Bill was an excellent guide one might even say he was the GOAT . We had so much fun with the other people in the group we even saw them for lunch lol you need to do this tour

Perfect 1/2 side trip. 2 hour cave of the winds tour. tour guide did a good job in going over history and recommendation to the Buffalo Wings bar place.

Cave of the winds was great! But tried to cancel this experience because i found a cheaper tour and more things included and was told sorry about your luck not happening. So im out $173. Dont pay in advance they screw you over 🙃

Hi Kayln, I’m sorry this was your experience. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and the main concern is when people call just before their tour, we have already purchased their admission and send out a guide. At that point we are not able to provide a refund. I was the person you talked to on the phone and you did mention that the other tour cost more than ours but included more. I did explain that the few extra things included were all free things you could do on your own. We highly recommend doing research on who are the best at their craft and why a tour like ours is designed is to give you what you want without all of the fluff to assure you get what you pay for and have the liberty to enjoy your time the way you want.
