Feeling the power of Niagara Falls in action. The wind and its force were breathtaking. Definitely an unforgettable experience! The tour was very informative and the tour guide Sam was funny too. Thanks for such amazing memories!

Not being able to cancell within last 2 days. Not knowing where to go or who to speak with when arriving. Then being told by the other "Cave of the winds" ticket offices this was a third party booking and well "sorry charlie, go stand by the gate and waite of someone to show up." accidently booking (thanks google for you're crappy search results) A walking tour when I wanted a boat ride. A walking tour that was over $57/person when the awesome boat ride was was only $25/person! The boat has actual people/staff and equipment and buildings, you don't have so much as a welcome kiosk. Lately, know my review will not be put on your website.

Hello Michael, I'm sorry you misunderstood what it was you purchased. The Cave of the Winds is a walkway that goes to the bottom of the American and Bridal Veil Falls, The Adventure Tour is a One-hour walking tour around Goat Island. The Maid of the Mist is a Boat Ride. We do offer packages that include all Three attractions. Tour companies do not have offices in the State Park, but we do have offices at 616 Niagara Street. I hope this addresses all of your concerns, many people are looking for a product just like ours, it gives people the ability to get the information of a tour and the liberty to explore on your own without being stuck on a bus for several hours.
