The guide was informative and interesting. He told us a lot about the people who have dared to go over the falls. Zack was entertaining and didn’t let the 95 degree day damper his mood.

My family and I always try to find something good in every tour we take when we travel. Most of the time we do but not this time. I’d give this a ZERO stars but TripAdvisor forces me to give it 1 star. Avoid this “tour” at all costs. It’s completely worthless and a waste of time. We booked the “tour” expecting to hear little know facts about the falls and surrounding area as well as the Express pass. What we received was 5 short quips about people crossing the falls and a regular ticket for the attraction. Sure we didn’t have to wait in line to get the ticket but the line wasn’t long or troublesome. The guide was horrible. She couldn’t keep the group together or answer any questions about the falls at all. She kept asking us where we were from and telling us how much she loved it there. This wasn’t a 2 hour guided tour either. It was 1 hour of her walking us to 2 areas of the park and letting us looked around. Then she handed us our ticket for the attraction and we spent the rest of our time without her. My advice, stand in the box office line and buy your ticket. Then explore the park at your leisure before going into the caves. This will cost you $19.00 per person. Not the shameful $54.99 per per this group is charging.
