The whole experience was amazing! They are so fun to ride! Our tour guide was very personable and entertaining! Everyone can learn to ride a segway!

This was a great experience! Brian was our guide and provided very good training! The Whitefish Dunes park is beautiful and we saw the beach and caverns. By far, it exceeded our expectations! Will go again on our next trip to Door County!

We signed up and paid in advance $178 in advance for two spots on this tour, via this TripAdvisor site. We went to the specific address provided for the tour training/start and there was no one and no Segways there. The address is actually a dirt driveway down to 2 individual homes. We drove around the address repeatedly, looking for Segways in the "gravel area" cited and found no one. Anyone from the area we asked had no clue about where/if there might be Segway tours. After an hour and multiple calls to the phone # provided (apparently no internet service in this remote area), we gave up and took a very nice hike along the seashore in the park instead. Despite repeated attempts, I have not been able to get anyone from customer service to confirm our reservation, payment, or the fact that the there was no Segway tour at the address provided.

Lynn, I am so sorry for the confusion you experienced. I am not able to see what tour you were signed up for since you booked on a 3rd party site and I can't find your name anywhere in my system. That being said, if for some reason you did not get reimbursed for your tour please contact us directly so that we can do what we can. This is a tour that we give people almost daily. We do meet at the start of the tour so if you were there early or went to the wrong address you may not have seen anyone. Please contact our company directly if you have any questions.
