Fascinating, comical, insightful tour. Some traditional history with plenty of gory serial killer history as well. If you are a prude, this tour is not for you. Ted, our tour guide was fantastic, and obviously much better then Jim any day (LOL). If we’re ever back in Philly again, we’ll definitely do the night time tour.

We were visiting Philadelphia from MA and while planning the trip we were advised of the Grim Philly walking tours. We saw the serial killer one which is right up our alley, as my fiancée and I are interested in that topic. We met Ted at the designated time and place. For the next 2 1/2 hours Ted told us stories and walked us to designated spots and shared his knowledge of the topic material as well as the overall history of the people of Philadelphia and the city itself. It was obvious to us that Ted was very knowledgeable about the city and it’s history. This tour was so much fun and very entertaining. He was personable and encouraged questions. I would highly advise taking one of these tours and if possible request Ted. Be sure to dress appropriately because 2 1/2 hours can get cold in the winter time. Luckily, we were prepared and the cold did nothing to take away from our experience. Thank you Ted for the awesome tour and for sharing your knowledge with us. We would recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys real stories about serial killers. Ted is extremely knowledgeable in this field, and it shows!
