Terrible Customer Service!!... people on the front desk super unpolite!.... the tour is disorganized, we left so late on the tour and we didn't have time to review all and we were in a rush... the guide guy, also was not in control of the group and the tour, terrible attitude from his side. Will not recommend it at all.

Great experience. My wife and I booked a 2 hour rental/private tour of Central Park. I emailed the store asking for a slight change in the tour time and the office responded timely and was able to accommodate our schedule. The location is very convenient, the equipment was ready and in good shape when we arrived and the tour guide, Darryl, was fabulous. We can not recommend Fancy Apple enough.
