Running in New York City is amazing, and this casual paced 5K run tour of Central Park is the best way to do it! We follow along winding paths and rolling hills past many of Central Park’s most iconic locations where we make brief stops to talk about the history of New York's most beloved green space. Don't plan to break your personal best time on this casual run, during which you'll make brief stops along the way to take pictures and discuss points of interest. Average pace time is 9:30 minutes/mile. No treadmill can compare.

Such a great way to see Central Park. It’s early enough in the morning that you miss all the big crowds and can really get good look at the Park. Very well organized. Extremely friendly. Would highly recommend

The fit tour more than exceeded our expectations. It was fun and informative. We were able to see things we likely wouldn't have had we tried to explore on our own.
