E-Bikes and E-Scooters require a $100 deposit; other bikes require a valid U.S. ID, foreign passport, or credit card for the deposit.
Options for one-hour rentals or all-day rentals to suit various schedules.
Availability of baskets, baby seats, and tag-alongs for families.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was our first time renting and riding in NYC. It was a good experience. The bikes were easy to ride for most part and we were able to see more places than what we have walked to.

Good bikes if you wanna ride around town or in Central Park. We tried going to Time Sq but it was way too packed. No issues with any of the three bikes that we rented.

Bikes are a great way to travel around New York. This store had good bikes, fast service (a NY minute) and some free stuff with your rental like locks and helmet.
