E-Bikes and E-Scooters require a $100 deposit; other bikes require a valid U.S. ID, foreign passport, or credit card for the deposit.
Options for one-hour rentals or all-day rentals to suit various schedules.
Availability of baskets, baby seats, and tag-alongs for families.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I rented one bike to go around the park as I only had about 2.5hrs and wanted to see as much as possible. Their service was fast and the bike was quite easy to ride. The free helmet made me feel safe.
