Booked our bikes online as this store was very close to our hotel. We walked to the store, the service was quite fast for a busy store. Got our bikes in no time and walked to the park with bikes and started riding. Simple!

Great way to see the city. Bikes are awesome and NY seem to be adding more and more bike routes. We rented for Central Park and it was a lot of fun and a convenient way.

Preordered 3 adult bikes for 2 hours, gave us enough time to loop around and stop a bit and get the bikes back in time. Waited about 10 after the clock started to physically get the bikes and be on our way, so actual rental was more like 1 hr 50 mins. From there you need to walk bikes to the park. The shop was fairly busy but the rental company worked hard to get the bikes out fast as they could. I appreciated the fact the rental was for any time that day rather than a specific time slot, made it more relaxing and your plans for that day could flex a bit if needed. Liked paying in Canadian funds when I booked, and far more economical that renting bikes on the spot when you get to NY. Certainly do it again!
