Our guide, Damien, was really great. It is a bit stressful getting started, as you're biking in busy Manhattan, and I got the impression he pushed a bit to start so that he could identify who were the folks he needed to keep an eye on. He brought us around the park at a pretty leisurely pace, explained the things we were seeing, had great stories about the history of the city, interesting events, interesting people, and of course the park. It's 2 hours well spent, and he also had amazing recommendations for other things to do around the city while we were there. I would recommend the tour, and Damien in particular, to anyone looking for a great biking experience in Central Park.

Our family of 5 took the Central Park Guided Bike Tour as part of an attraction ticket. The tour lasts a couple of hours and it's a great way to see the park and briefly escape the high rises. Having a guide means you see much more of the park and helps make the sights and surroundings more meaningful. Dan was our guide and he did a great job. Its pretty genteel cycling so should suit most people, our tour had children from 10 up to retirees. There were a couple of bike mechanicals but they were sorted pretty quickly. Highly recommend it.

We visited NTC on a tight schedule so we needed to see as much as possible as fast as possible. This biking tour was excellent since we were saw a lot of Central Park in 2 hours. It is not a tough ride even if you are not used to biking that much. Our tour guide was DAMIEN. He is very knowledgable and even gave us tips for othe fun activities in NYC. We liked this activity so much that we even bought a second bike tour to the Brooking Bridge. 100% recommended!
