Overview

By bike is the best way to see the most beautiful landmarks of New York City. All of our bikes are Trek or Giant brand bikes new to this model year with no tacky advertisements on the bikes. Your bike rental package(s) include bike(s), map(s), lock(s) and helmet(s) (required if under 14 years old). Some of the sites located near where you will pick up your bike(s): The Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Bryant Park, Central Park, Grand Central and The Brooklyn Bridge.

Adult bikes, child bikes, child trailers, and child seats are all available.

Bike baskets are available.

Customer can reschedule for any reason at no additional cost. If you book through Groupon, please make a reservation 24 hours in advance.

They sent me a wrong location where the store is closed, and the wrong time when the store is closed. So I can just drive in 2 hours, such terrible experience.

Rented from the 55th St location. Customer service was horrible. She was locking up to leave in the middle of the day when we arrived. Then seemed annoyed that we wanted to rent. And the bikes were crap. They looked old, my seat twisted around and wouldn't stay up very well, etc. Typically when we have rented bikes in other cities with other companies, the bikes are new and nice, and the staff makes sure the bike fits you properly. She just put the bikes out on the sidewalk and sent us pff with our 3 kids. And told us to just ride in the bus lane- NOT a great idea with 3 kids. Never checked to make sure the bikes fit or really worked. I don't really leave negative reviews, but felt I had to here given the experience. I would not rent from here again.
