The meeting point was unclear with contradicting address and description. The guide was not to be found though supposed to carry a blue umbrella. We looked everywhere there and couldn’t find her. contacted the provider and got the guides number but she did not answer the call. Waisted 30 minutes looking for the tour and could not find them. The provider refused to refund and claimed we did not call.

We checked with our guide, who did not hear anything from you, and also checked our RingCentral, and did not have any missed calls from you. We're happy to provide screenshots. You also never sent us proof that you called our guide. 21 other people were booked on this tour and they all found the meeting location just fine. We also offered to reschedule, even though that’s something we don’t have to do. We even offered to book you on the NYC TV & Movie Bus Tour, which is double the price, but you refused.

We really enjoyed this tour. In this tour you get a bit of history as well as a lot of knowledge of television and movies filmed in and around Central Park. Our tour guide was Katherine, and she was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
