A truly incredible experience, can’t wait to do it again! Would have never imagined I would learn so many cool new things about Central Park while working out and meeting such a great group of people. Thank you, Mike and Suzanne, for opening my eyes to all of the magic the park has to offer!

We booked the sunrise yoga walk for 0800 on our second day in NYC. Suzanne provided us with details in advance of where to meet which was easy to find. I had done yoga before - my wife hadn't - but Suzanne is a really great teacher and therefore we were both able to get a lot from the yoga aspect of the walk. However, what was really great about the morning - and this is the reason why I would very much recommend it - is the amount we both learnt about this amazing park. Suzanne is clearly very passionate about central park and that passion comes across in the way she talked to us about the history of the place, how it was designed and what it has been used for in the past. We left with much more of an understanding and therefore appreciation of the park. We had such a good time and is a lovely thing to do for a few hours to start your day in NYC.

Perfect mix of yoga stretches, poses, walking and historic information about Central Park. Our guide, Antoinette, was knowledgeable and friendly and Mike was also great and shared some great photos of our experience. He also provided water and granola bars. Would definitely do it again! Very refreshing way to start the day.
