This Ride/Tour starts at one of the starting point will take you passed the ice rink, carousal, balto, the mall, Concert Area, Conservory Waters, Boathouse Restaurant, Bethesda Terrace "Angel of the Water", Cherry Hill, and end at Strawberry Field West 72nd St at The Dakota.

Showed up ahead of time waited over an hour past time, called the number 15 times with no answer so my friend called and he said all his drivers were off because of the pandemic and he was in the hospital, when asked about a refund he became rude then ended the conversation with welcome to New York, deal with it

Complete scam. Waited for over an hour and no one showed up at either possible location. Was informed by the multiple other carriage companies that this place had a “history” of being a no call no show. Before the event took place had reached out by email with no response and when calling the phone number listed, discovered it had been disconnected. Will be getting a full refund and would STRONGLY discourage anyone from every purchasing this event pass

This is bogus we were sold a package and carriage never showed up and number was disconnected. This was a fraud deal.
