Charleston Haunted Boos and Booze Tour

Overview

Your pirate guide will lead the group on a 2.5-hour walking tour through historic downtown Charleston. You will begin and end at a bar, each housed in historic buildings with their own unique ghosts and stories. Guests will have time to enjoy a delicious libation as the guide tells them all about the fascinating history of Charleston and some of its most famous and creepy haunted stories!

Gia was the best tour guide! From the moment we started the tour, we knew that we were in great care. Even though we were small group, we felt that we got a lot of personal attention and she was totally there to make sure we had a great experience. The stops were great! I would recommend doing this on your first or second night in Charleston so that you can revisit the bars or restaurants for more drinks and food at a later date. Gia had an excellent knowledge of ghosts and paranormal activity in Charleston, I was also impressed that she was a Charleston local, she was able to add color and humor to local legends and lore that we were curious about. You pass quite a few historical sites and amazing architecture - all of which, our guide was extremely knowledgeable about. There was also an emphasis on Pirates that we really liked. Overall, highly recommend this tour over a regular ghost tour because you get to see the inside of buildings, you get the option of drinking at each place and you also feel like a real insider getting to learn about the local establishments in Charleston.

We had such a great time on the haunted pub crawl. Jen was a wonderful leader, full of interesting stories about the city! We learned so much while having fun and checking out places we might not have gone to. Jen and Kim has a great sense of humor and the group was very friendly. We ended up staying at the last bar until close with a few of the other people from the tour! I will totally recommend this to anyone visiting Charleston!
