Charleston Haunted Boos and Booze Tour

Overview

Your pirate guide will lead the group on a 2.5-hour walking tour through historic downtown Charleston. You will begin and end at a bar, each housed in historic buildings with their own unique ghosts and stories. Guests will have time to purchase and enjoy a delicious libation as the guide tells them all about the fascinating history of Charleston and some of its most famous and creepy haunted stories!

Please keep in mind that there will be a lot of walking between drinks stops where your guide will share the haunted history of several landmarks along the way. Per city law, Alcohol must NEVER be taken out of the bar.
*Tour route and drink stops are subject to availability.
*All guests must be 21+ with Valid ID. Alcohol is not included.

This was the worst tour we have been on through Viator! The “pirate” tour guide Joanne was obnoxious and did not provide any historical information. I thought this was Booz and Boos. We stopped at one bar. It was a joke. We went to a guided tour in Savannah 2 years ago for a booz and boos tour and it was informative and each bar we went into had special drinks we could purchase. This was not worth the money. Very disappointed!

Hi Kat. We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy the tour as much as the rest of your group. They managed to visit Henry’s on the Market, Blind Tiger, and Vendue Rooftop, so it’s a shame you somehow missed two of those stops. As you can see by a simple scroll, Jo is one of our top rated guides. But I guess even the best can’t please everyone. Maybe a ghost possessed her that evening?

Very enthusiastic tour by Vannah for our final night in Charleston! If you love ghosts and some history this is the tour for you. Less drinking than walking so wear appropriate shoes 👞

The tour was so much fun. Jo667 made the tour very interesting and enjoyable. She was in costume and had lots of interesting facts. Stopping at area bars for a cocktail was fun It was such an enjoyable night. I look forward to our next adventure
