Switched boats on us one hour before boarding, smelled like an school gym. Food was disgusting at best. Would not recommend! The band wasn't good, service was non existent and beers in a can are $10!!!

We went on the Blues and BBQ ride. The food was good, boat and band were fun. We have six ladies all dining together and it was very relaxing for our last night in Charleston.

When we arrived, the young man checking our ticket said to us “ overbooked, but get what you can out of it” …. Ummmm I paid over 100 dollars for this hello

Our events are never "overbooked." Our vessel capacities are actual over 300 and we sell up to 150-175 on on our cruises for overall comfort. We limit capacities based on weather as well for outdoor spaces. So there are certain days where we may even limit further. Apologies if the deckhand checking in told you the wrong thing. We definitely were not oversold and we will work to make sure the whole team communicates correctly.
