Join us aboard the Charleston Princess for a fantastic evening cruise. We have partnered with a variety of local and regional musicians for a fantastic cruise featuring amazing live music, breathtaking views of the "Holy City" and a delicious BBQ buffet! The delicious buffet includes pulled pork, smoked chicken, mac & cheese, cole slaw, buns and sauces on side, tea and water. Fully stocked cash bar on board! This cruise is perfect for date night, groups of friends, group outings, or any occasion. We are now in our 12th season and look forward to another great year!

The Charleston Princess is not ADA compliant, however, we are able to accommodate guests with wheelchairs for the most part. Entrance to the boat is via a 30-foot ramp, which varies in steepness depending on the tide. Once aboard, there is not an elevator to reach the salon where dinner is served and the restrooms are located.

This Company False Advertises! I booked a Special Mothers day Brunch. Worst Mothers day ever!! Their page shows a Brunch with Shrimp and Grits, French Toast, Bacon, Ham, Potatoes, Coffee and Fresh Orange Juice. NONE of those items were there, also they showed real plates and silverware. They just had some food thrown together at the lower level Bar not even a table and they just hand you eggs, bland grits on a paper plate with plastic forks, the biscuit had no butter or jelly, NO COFFEE or ORANGE JUICE. even thou it was advertised. If you wanted to drink water or any other juice to wash down this Mediocre food you had to go to the bar and pay extra. Not worth the $120 we paid for, we could have gone to Halls Chophouse. We had to go get food afterwards cause we were still hungry. No Decorations whatsoever, the bare minimum with cheap patio furniture to begin with but NO Decorations for this Special Mothers day Brunch. Very Sad looking. The couple with their 3 kids next to us were not happy either, they paid $300 bucks for this, he said he was contacting their marketing dept and with how embarrassed he was to take his family to this I'm sure he will. They False Advertise and Bait and Switch! Glad I didn't book the dinner one. And I see why they have a strict non refund policy, too many people would be getting their refunds.

1st attempt - stood on the dock for 40 mins, pouring rain, called onto the boat to tell us tour was canceled. Everyone was SOAKED! 2nd attempt - booked the 7:00 sunset cruise, arrived 30 mins early as directed, stood w/ everyone else, didn’t see a soul. At 6:39 pm received a text that cruise was canceled due to mechanical issue. Everyone started checking their phones. Some told mechanical issues, some told inclement weather. AWFUL…never again!

We are glad the company is abiding by the CDC recommendations, but canceling for the foreseeable future and then refusing to issue full refunds is unacceptable. Re-booking and gift cards make sense for a rainy day, but not during a global crisis. As an international family we might not make another scheduled trip to Charleston, and so have likely lost three hundred and fifty dollars. We acknowledge that small businesses are struggling during these times, but so are their patrons.
