We had the most wonderful walking tour today with Ann Garris. She walked around the entire historic area of Charleston and talked the whole time about its wonderful history and told us so many fascinating stories. Ann is a huge source of knowledge and shares her love of history in an interesting and exciting way! The time passed so quickly because we were enjoying every minute! Ann even welcomed our two dogs to come on the walking tour with us! I thoroughly recommend this tour and we will be booking her again the next time we are in Charleston!!

Ann,our guide gave us a professional, historical and loving tour that only a seventh generation Charlestonian could provide. She presented the history of Charleston and its architecture on a personal level that made the tour even more interesting Ann is respectful and polite person who is a true representation of the southern lifestyle

Ann’s walking tour was the highlight of our trip to Charleston! We truly enjoyed the tour and would recommend Ann to anyone! She has lived here all her life and has so many interesting and personal stories to tell about the city, the residents and the history. It was a great introduction to the city and she offered many great recommendations for other activities and restaurants.
