What To Expect

Funny Bus

The Funny Bus Charlotte Comedy City Tour departs at 1st Ward Park (301 E 7th St), by the Light Rail tracks. You can bring your own beer or wine, and there’s a quick break at a local bodega for more beverages or to use the restroom. Your tour guide is a local comedian and puts a comedic spin on the sights, sounds, and history as we explore all four wards of the Queen City and some of the cool-hip neighborhoods surrounding the city (South-End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Plaza Hills, and Historic Fourth Ward.) Please note: Due to the mature nature of the jokes on the bus, this tour is intended for adults only. Those under 16 are prohibited, and no babies or small children are allowed on the bus. If tickets are purchased for children, they will not be allowed to board, and no refund will be issued.

Not a tour that covers all the history of the city, but lots of highlights and plenty of laughs. Tom was great ,as was the driver,

We had a great time and the host definitely fit our comical needs. I would say if you’re looking for a funny tour with a few funny facts about Charlotte, this is the tour for you. If you’re looking for more history, or actual facts about Charlotte then look elsewhere. I also would suggest booking an earlier tour before dark during colder months as it was had to see details of the city with the plastic windows up once it was dark. (We did the 6pm tour)
