  • Service animals allowed
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
  • In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
  • Minimum age is 3 years
  • Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
  • It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
  • If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.
  • Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff
  • Gear/equipment sanitised between use

I had the worst customer experience with GM, Travis Moss. I do not recommend going. He had zero remorse for a medical condition.

It is company policy that all employees and visitors must wear a mask for the safety of our staff and all of our guests. This policy aligns with state mandates, and is visible on the listings where the purchases can be made.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. We booked a party for our child and her friends online. It did not mention that the flights are only 1 min a piece with 2 flights each!!! Thatā€™s a lot of $ and thatā€™s it. When I called them prior to booking to ask a question it was then they told me that flights were 1 min. So I tried canceling and they said I couldnā€™t unless it was 14 days prior to booking. Then they tell me I had to pay 14.95 a piece for 1 flight to be a ā€œhigh flightā€. So more $! I went to pay it and she said no to wait and pay it when we arrive. So when we arrived they told me the high flight was $19.95 a piece! Wait what? They told me 14.95 on phone. She said prices changed on Monday. Will you not honor what you guys told me on the phone and told me to wait to pay it??? They said nope because I couldnā€™t remember the ladies name I spoke to. Ok whatever I paid it. It sure didnā€™t feel like a party experience during our time there and afterwards 1 person out of our group didnā€™t get a picture when I went online to use the vouchers they gave us! Also you canā€™t download your free pic and video to your phone. You can only share on a social media that attaches their site. So I had to screenshot our photos. A business should honor what they say to a customer. This is no business I will ever recommend to anyone! $$$$$$$$$$$

Jessica, I apologize for the less than stellar experience you had. We have spoken to the team at that location regarding the high flight pricing, as that presented a learning opportunity for the staff member. They now understand that the first quoted price should have been honored. The Manager at that location has also tried to reach you several times to remedy the situation. Feel free to call them back to resolve this. We pride ourselves on delivering a world class experience, and again apologize you feel you received less than that.
