We went for our sons 13th birthday. Max was the instructor. Immediately as a parent, I liked him. He was very informative, funny and made the kids feel comfortable. Our son LOVED it!! Iā€™m writing bc of the quality of employee Max was. We definitely will return, but we definitely will return to the Concord location bc of Max. Excellent everything overall!! We are talking about having our son do the lessons and will see if we can request Max as the instructor.

Family ranging in age from 18 to 53 went and had a good but not excellent adventure. Classroom training session was fine but once in the event the hand signal only guidance was mediocre at best. Each participant gets two flights. In between sessions persons sit and watch others but what would os needed is another trainer on the sidelines giving guidance on how to improve the flight experience. If the participant didnā€™t get it the first time the second was far worse. Add to that for extra funds you can be guided to fly higher in altitude with the trainer. If you got poor guidance your funds were wasted as you never got higher than four feet high and of course never got a refund. A second trainer between sessions coaching could provide insight in how to improve the experience. Add to it that wind at 110mph is almost impossible to breathe in. Open faced helmets are provided to first timers yet second time plus fliers get closed faced ā€˜and breathing is not a problemā€™ per our instructor. Why wasnā€™t this given the first time? Oxygen is not overrated and trying to follow hand instructions is not worth the price. Overall a decent experience but lack of details could have made it something we would brag about.

I purchased these vouchers as a Christmas activity for my family from COSTCO for 39 dollars ( this included skydiving and a flight video session). Booking this session was easy but the experience was just not worth it. After check in we were asked to pay 15 dollar extra for high fly experience. After getting inside the actual chamber we realized that everyone ended up doing the same exact thing, Instructor inside the tunnel was not even aware of the fact that some have paid more then others. She was making everyone do the exact same thing. Felt really cheated. Next day I called the place and talked to the manager but she had a complete different story to tell. Wear comfortable clothes and lace up sneakers. They do provide lockers if you need to store something but can't carry anything in at the time of flight. Also if you do not want to fly then you have a option to sit and watch. Its like a big glass globe in which this flight takes place. Overall experience for regular price is very high but if you can manage to get a voucher from COSTCO then it is still a OK deal. More like something to do on a lazy weekend.
