I had called earlier in the day because I had a Sweet Deals coupon and was having trouble using it online. The manager, Daniel, spoke with me on the phone and was very polite and patient as we figured out how to make this deal work for me. It took some time, but he kept trying and found a way to make the voucher number work, He was extremely helpful, and when we arrived at the Escape Experience, the place was packed with people. Yet he was still unnerved and polite and helpful. My son and his friends had a great time, and participated with a group of girls they didn't know, but they all seemed to work together well and had a lot of fun escaping with 1 second to spare!

I went with some friends from work. We had a blast! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would suggest having at least 6 people in the group, because the "puzzle" was pretty difficult. The reservation process is done online and is very easy to do.
