Our guide was Chef Noah. He was energetic, informative and enthusiastic about every food stop he brought us to. It was a chilly drizzly day to be out walking, but Noah kept us moving and made it fun. It was our first time doing a food tour and Noah made a good first time impression of what food tours are about. We hope to do more!

We were all impressed by Noah's energy and knowledge of the history of the market. As a local, his tips of on the market are something I will use time and time again. It was clear he had a great relationship with all of the vendors we visited too. I'd recommend this to anyone who is visiting for a value-filled Seattle experience and for any locals to feel more at home in understanding the rich and delicious history of Pike Place Market.
