Overview

Did you ever wish you could eat dinner like a local South Philly Italian? Now you can!

We shop, stroll and eat dinner at the Italian Market, on this fun food/progressive dinner tour. This is a BYOB food tour, feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer.

We will meet local craftspeople, chefs, artisans and their staff.

You'll enjoy Italian favorites on this dinner tour featuring cheeses, salumi, homemade bread, handcrafted pasta, salad, Italian dessert and coffee!

We will break bread, socialize and share our favorite food and family traditions and stories.

After dinner, we will take the traditional "passeggiata" (stroll). Our last stop will be at a local Italian café to experience "La Dolce Vita" first hand with coffee and dessert.

A wonderful comprehensive walking tour if the Italian Market in South Philadelphia. Jacquie is a wonderful guide with lots of history, architecture and personal references. Dinner was fabulous! Recommend for locals and tourists alike.

We had a great time exploring some fantastic food. Chef Jacquie is like the mayor of the Italian Market, everywhere we went she seemed to know someone. Her knowledge of the local history and the local food scene was insightful. We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. All the places we ate were fantastic and would return to eat at again. We had a great time with Chef Jacquie and plan to do one of her other tours in the future.

We loved this tour and highly recommended it. Every stop that we made had high quality delicious food. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area through Jacquie's knowledge. Most of all, we loved getting to know her, hearing her stories, and sharing with her. We'll never forget our time with Jacquie.
