Overview

Take a 60-mile scenic ride from Fairbanks to the famous Chena Hot Springs and soak in its natural water. Enjoy a drink at the Ice Bar in the Aurora Ice Museum, and take in the unique ice sculptures.

Be picked up by your driver at your hotel, or any specific address you provide them. Buckle up and get cozy as you prepare to take in the snowy countryside along the way to Chena Hot Springs. Once you arrive, hop out and get ready to enjoy your entry to the hot springs. Get changed into your swimwear, and venture out into the steaming water outside. You can also elect to purchase a spa treatment while you’re at Chena Hot Springs. Next, take in the magic of the Aurora Ice Museum, and see how drinks are poured and enjoyed from one of the special ice glasses. Be ready to purchase a drink with your ID ready, such as their signature appletini. Finally, get picked up by your driver, who will deliver you safe and sound back to your hotel or address.

They canceled the tour 5 hours before we were supposed to take the tour. This was our last excursion that we had planned before we were heading back on the plane. A little disappointing

the Chena Hot Springs Day Tour with Transportation through Aurora Tour LLC, but my experience was extremely disappointing. 1. No Pickup – Despite the tour including transportation, I was never picked up. 2. No Response – I called multiple times, but no one answered. I also messaged them through TripAdvisor and got no reply. This was a complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend this tour operator.

Only 2 of the 10 folks on the tour were able to purchase tickets to the Ice Museum. We were NOT, and this was our sole reason for booking this tour. Very much miss-represented.
