Chena Hot Springs Shuttle from Fairbanks

Is your group looking for a way to reach Chena Hot Springs Resort, 60 miles east of Fairbanks? Airlink Alaska can transport groups of any size to and from the hot springs. Our round-trip tour departs at 10 a.m. and returns at 5:00 p.m. Your group will have enough time to swim or soak in the hot springs, explore the year-round ice museum and even attend the free geothermal tour at 2 p.m.

The trip takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes each way. There is an excellent chance to see moose along the Chena Hot Springs road leading to the resort. Our chartered van is a great way to get two or three birds with one stone: see a moose, bathe in the therapeutic hot springs and see the northern lights (during the winter).

The van was very old and smelled like smoke. The driver was friendly enough but not really interested is chatting with us. We used another service for a different day and it was fabulous. I’m sorry I had booked this one with no time to cancel. Also, based on other fees we paid, I thought this one was quite pricey for what it was.

Our driver was awesome. When I bought these tickets I thought it included more than just a shuttle ride. $140 pp is crazy for an hour drive. We had 4 people so the total was $560 just for a ride!!! It should have included the ice museum at the very least and another activity. The only good part was our driver. I do not recommend

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Jack Harris. He loves Alaska and it shows. He brings you to the sites that reflect the best of what Alaska has to offer..beauty, culture, history, nature, wildlife, activities and more. We enjoyed the city tour and Aurora viewing. Jack caters his tours in a way that is personal to his guests to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience. The tours are a good value for the cost and Airlink Shuttle & Tours is a reputable company that ensures customer satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company and tour guide and will surely return again someday. Hopefully soon 😁. We definitely rate them at 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
