Definitely you can buy the City pass. Although they offer 2 kinds of City pass C5 and C3, please do not buy both at the same time. They can be mixed and can be a pain to try to call customer service to fix it. That happened to me and I needed to call 2 times. The customer service was rude and treat me like crap. In the other hand, when I called the 2nd time, the person who took the call, Daggi, she was very helpful, and she did everything in her hand to help me. She kept in touch all the time by phone and by e-mail. She fixed the mistake in the mixed of the passes and I was able to do all the attractions. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the first person who attend my call, it would be great someone can teach them a proper customer service like Daggi did.

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies that your first experience contacting CityPASS wasn't a good one. We're glad Dagi was able to help you, and we hope the rest of your CityPASS experience was a good one.
