Tour guide was fun, gave some info on history of food in Chicago. The tour consisted of walking around the area, stopping to eat four times and ending up several blocks from where the tour started. Recommend this for those who want to sample different foods but not for the one who wants a strong tour of history or architecture .

Thanks for taking our tour and we apologize that the tour was not up to our 5 star quality level. As many of our online reviewers have expressed, typically our tours are high quality with not only food, but plenty of history and architecture from our fun, informed guides. That is the high standard we expect of our tours and our guides. So it doesn't sound like your tour was up to our level. That said, we do have a lot of guides on staff and some of which are fairly new to our company. We send out a survey after the tour that allows you to rate your specific guide, the tour itself and provide us feedback. Unfortunately, we did not receive your feedback from this tour, only this review. And the review doesn't give us much to go on with whom to work with on our team to improve their quality level. If you have some time, could you please email us at tours (at) bobbysbikehike.com and give us this feedback and include your guide's name so we may work with them to improve. And for future reviewers, we do have a survey after the tour that we wish you will take, especially if you think something on your tour was not up to our high quality standards. We continuously work with our guides to help improve their craft. But we need the proper information to do so. It helps all of us when this feedback is provided; our business to improve on our services and our future guests' experience if we all work together to help improve the future of our tours and travel in general. So let's use reviews to be constructive and work together. Would you please email us. We would love to get the specific feedback so we may help get this corrected and ensure future tours are always at our five star quality level. Thank you.

This tour was great and the food was fantastic, but it was Dylan who made the experience memorable. He was a really fun guy and gave really great info about the history of Chicago food and the city in general. I would 100% recommend this tour and suggest that you ask for when Dylan will be giving the tour!

This walking eating tour was top notch. What a great way to see the city, learn about the city AND eat the amazing food that Chicago has to offer. Dillon was our tour guide and he was AWESOME! Very funny, very informative and overall a great guy! He also gave us suggestions on places to visit where our AIRBNB was. Everyone in our group loved this.
