Terrible cheap food, awful places just terrible. Pizza place was fast food macdonalds equivalent, the pictures show second venue , a hot dog place where we were give plastic cutlery and paper plates. Cost of the hot dog was 3.99, the pizza can't have been much more. We left the tour as we were expected to walk to the bwana and then back for a cheap beef sandwich. Total food bill could not have been mire that $10 cost of this tour was £56 . I willbe asking fir a refund. Discusting food and hot dog place had rough sleepers out side

Hi Dawn, I'm sorry for the confusion that you had regarding this tour. We feel that the description of the tour on TripAdvisor matches the experience our guests will get on this tour. We have other tours you could have taken that explore more foodie-centric places. But this tour specifically features the foods that Chicago made famous; Deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati's, which is a Chicago deep dish institution. It's not fast food, they source their food from specific healthy farms that have been around for generations. We stop for a Chicago style hot dog at another local favorite. But it is a hot dog. Not something you traditionally eat with a fork and knife, albeit plastic. You left after those two stops, so I don't think making assumptions about the other foods offered are warranted. The Italian beef is delicious but maybe not for everyone, and the original brownie we get from an upscale Bakery.  When you pair the foods with amazing sights along the way including the Chicago River Walk, Chicago Theater, Millennium Park, Michigan Avenue and State Street, we stand by this tour.  But I am sorry this tour wasn't for you because we aim to please. And we did send you an email once we found out you left the tour early to check in. We never heard a response.
