The staff was so polite. I had a great time i just felt there should have been more of a variety of food. More to choice from.

We sat down and waited 20 minutes for water. Then waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. The dinner was good and the fireworks were very enjoyable. The drinks we ordered were supposed to come with an souvenir glass but the bill for our drinks was brought to our table but never seen the waiter again to receive our glasses. I thought it was poorly organized was the biggest problem. Servers we’re running all over. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they fixed the problems they have.

Showed up to board this cruise and was informed that Viator canceled our reservation without informing me. The cruise line was unable to accommodate us, and could not help with a refund, since I had booked through Viator instead of the cruise line itself. I have never been so angry in my life at a company. Viator is clearly a group of scam artists. I’ll be leaving this feedback across social media to make sure no one uses this service and has the same terrible experience I did.
