The cruise was very nice.,the food was very Good, the music was good.Our server, Tywan, was Terrible! We had to keep asking for service because he was never available. Other servers were very helpful , they accommodated us even though it wasn't their station.. I tipped the other servers for helping us, I even tipped the DJ.I did not tip Tywan because he did nothing to deserve a tip. Except for Tywan, the experience was pleasant.

Perfect for our date night with my husband. Food was good! Table arrangement was acceptable. Music selection was ok. Fireworks was amazing! Staffs were accommodating, but the “bar tender” from the top level doesn’t know how to use the cash register machine, causing a long line of customers, delays of drinks, & we become away far too long from our companions to celebrate, in-short it takes us so much time just to get our drinks! Entrance Ticket. There was confusion on entrance ticket; the QR code from Mobile App & I even printed it… was not accepted & not the official ticket to enter to the cruise, instead… we still need to get the official ticket from the booth before going to the cruise! QR Code was not even asked from the booth or the cruise! What is the use of it, if it was not even use? Useless, Ughh! Dress code & ID. We followed the dress code & brought our ID as instructed online… but they allowed people to get-in without following the dress code; such as short, jeans, flip-flop, haltered shirts, too short skirts/dress which almost their butt creases were out & boobies will fall-out which was frustrating, because we could have wore more comfortable clothes like everyone does with the warm weather 90-100 degrees. Also, from the instructions to bring ID, but they never even checked & never asked for ID!!! Best to update or change their instructions or follow instructions & make it more convenient to everyone. To have a satisfied & happy customers.
