Nothing nothing nothing they didn’t let me in the boat for getting there at 8;29 to the 8:30 departure waste of money and time and they don’t refund which is ridiculous on why they wouldn’t wait at least five minutes after crooks

Horrible experience! Purchased tickets in January for daughter's 16th birthday celebration. Get to the boat the day of and we were told our cruise event was transferred to another boat, unbeknownst to the new venue. So much confusion. We were eventually placed at a table in the lower level and told we would love it because it was quiet. It was a senior scene and I have four teenagers. We had to beg to get a table where the action was. We felt like outsiders who had invaded someone's space. If you are going to make these kinds of changes, keep everyone in the loop!
