Tony and Jen know their stuff and explained everything well. I appreciated their knowledge base without the exaggerated theatrics that I’ve seen other tour guides do. Comfortable coach bus too. If I could tweak one thing, it would be less gangster stops. I know they were trying to cater to everyone and I respect that aspect. My family would rather have gone to Archer Avenue, Resurrection Cemetery and St James Sag Church area. The traffic Halloween weekend was brutal and they had no control over traffic. Just would rather have spent less time in Lincoln Park and maybe traveled south. Either way, Tony and Jen were great and I would do another tour of a different location with them.

Joann (sp?) was our tour guide - she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, engaging and presented everything very well. She was excited to share all the spooky stories and little tidbits of history. The tour itself was cool and well paced, we met at the Congress (which was also our first stop), Couch tomb at Chicago history museum, death alley just to name a few. Each time, our guide had a great story to share with each location. The way she presented it, you could tell she deeply knew her history and it wasn’t scripted or rehearsed and shared many of the dark, gory details that usually goes hand in hand with haunted history. There were a few in the group that kept interrupting with questions that our guide was building up to with her story - it was irritating but she kept her cool and was patient with them. All in all it was a great tour and definitely would recommend to anyone wanting an informative and spooky tour. Also, our bus driver was amazing at navigating the crowded downtown area in that big behemoth of a bus.
