Service was great. Food was good. I wish the music was more recent/to my taste. Fun little trip. I wish there had been a better description of what boat to get on/where to meet.

I took my son for his 12th birthday. The dj announced everyone who was celebrating something. We enjoyed the playing games on deck with Chicago's skyline as our backdrop. The weather was PERFECT! It was sunny and the sky had the most beautiful shade of blue. The on-board crew were wonderful. We enjoyed the dj and meeting other people. I enjoyed dancing on the dance floor with complete strangers. We sang. We laughed. We danced. The food was ok. There was a variety of things to choose from and accommodated everyone without running out. The variety of desserts was good, too. The salmon was the best. The Lemonade wasn't sweet, but I couldn't find any sweet Lemonade at any restaurant we visited. That didn't take away from the cruise at all. The cruise was definitely worth the price. I would do it again.

What a disgraceful and shameless shambles. I received an email informing me that the cruise had been cancelled. There was a link to offer me a refund but it didn’t work. There was a phone number and after a six minute call, when I did eventually get to speak to a human being, I was cut off in mid sentence. In desperation, I went to the City Experiences kiosk twice but the staff there were unable to offer me a refund. Two emails to the company went unanswered. Apart from the disruption and inconvenience of having to visit the kiosk twice, I also had the added expense of having to use roaming in order to phone the company which, as described above, was a complete waste of time.
