If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.
Minimum age is 3 years
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver
It is recommended that you wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes and comfortable clothes
If you need to reschedule after your reservation is made please call the location directly. Modifications to reservation dates and times cannot be done any other way.

Very nice facility with friendly staff members. All of our reservations ran smoothly and we were fitted with our flight gear in a timely manner. We were all first time flyers in our group. Seeing good form by the instructor first hand and then one on one critiquing our form for a first short flight would have been helpful. Solely having correction by the instructor or the tunnel operator via hand signals doesn't progress you very quickly IMO. Also, they really need to go over basic form and theory for forward, back, up, down. None of that was covered other than trial and error while in the wind tunnel. The pricing is obscenely too expensive for the short time you get. Full price for five minutes came out to be over $28/minute. The "deal" we found came out to be just over $23/minute. They offer a deal only available to buy while there before you leave to come back at a discounted price of approximately $12/minute. But all the minutes have to be used in the same half hour session. So if you opt for 10 minutes you can divide it up between flights. But you still just dropped over $120 if you choose to buy 10. For me that is minimum amount of time I'd choose. Everyones preference will vary but one minute is barely getting started for me. Overall a good experience but if you want to progress to doing acrobatics you better work there or be prepared to drop some serious money. Apparently the pricing is going to be revised soon. So I'll check that out and I might consider going again if it becomes more reasonable.

Despite having a reservation and completing the necessary waivers online in advance of arriving, the wait to actually experience was extensive due to one of the iFly teams using the facility for practice simultaneously. There were 6 people who were waiting for their iFly experiences and after each individual one minute flight, the team would jump in for practice, which amounted to more time than the typical 60 second flights. The constant interruptions in the customers’ experiences caused lengthy delays for them AND the six people behind them, who also had reservations. Clearly the iFly competition team’s practice took precedence. None of this was stated online. This could actually be unique to iFly Naperville as we have not been to iFly at other locations. But be forewarned, your activity may take much longer than stated on the website exclusively due to an iFly competition team practicing during your reserved time frame. On a positive note, the instructors were all kind, considerate & helpful. Our group with various ages from ages 9 to 50 had an excellent experience.
