Navy pier was closed when we docked around 1:00AM , had to walk in dress clothes and heels for about a 1.5 miles at 38 degrees F, to get an Uber. Bathrooms on board the floors were wet and dark. And make sure you know the name of the boat your on because Tripadvisor doesn't print the name on their boarding pass and there are several boats . Very stressful figuring out which boat your supposed to be on. Other than that the Dj and the staff were great ! The food was delicious . Its my first cruise so we will probably try it again . Maybe New Years eve is a little crazy . Maybe San Diego or Long Beach next time . Cheers

The boat was awesome! Great food! Great drinks! Dancing and balloon drop! Only issue was with tickets. Very unorganized and even though we had tickets on our phones you still had to stand in a long line to get paper tickets. When you got to the front of line they could tell you which boat and if on the farther boat you had to then stand in another line since boat names were not on the tickets no one knew which boat until getting to the front of line one.
