This isn’t a boat to be book cause I’ve reached there to get on boat and the captain and is assistance was very rude and disrespectful didn’t allow me to come on board even though there was two other person ahead of me when reached to board the boat told me that I can’t come on board even though I’ve my tickets he refuse to let me and my wife on boat and on top of that ruined my wife birthday and they didn’t want to refund me back my money this is a boat with not good professionalism either the trip advisor who wouldn’t even take the time out to even help with getting back my money horrible experience to me and my wife

My only issue was that I called the main office to inquire about bringing a bottle of wine, which I was told I could and there would be a small charge of about $20 for a corkage fee. When I got to the boat, I was told by 3 people that I could not bring any alcohol on the boat. After some discussion I was allowed to bring it on. Then I was eventually charged $35. Again, its not the money but that fact that the people on the boat were both confused and uninformed of actual policy. Other than that the food was great and the service (specifically Ken) was fantastic.
