Had a terrible experience. They forgot about our table and didn't get serviced until after 45 minutes and was served hard bread. The rest of the meal took forever and was not worth the price we paid. Some of the staff members were rude as well. The only good thing about this was the view but other than that, I will never pay for this again.

VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! We didn't even get a chance to go on the cruise. Every correspondence we received stated 6:30/18:30. We arrive at the destination about 6:15 only to find out the cruise left at 6! Now I'm fighting with them to receive a full refund.
